The right dialog box is where you register an account. Click in “I am a customer”, enter your email and a strong password, with capital letters and symbols.

Just follow the next steps that will be presented to you and you have created your account!

Now just browse by categories, or click store, or use search bar to find what you want! 

We accept credit cards and paypal. You can choose the  method of payment during checkout. 

Yes, you have the right to return your product, within 14 days as of the receipt of it. You can have your money back or to change for another product within the same store that you bought it. Please, just consider that some products may not be returned, according to store’s policy. Check before buying it. Some examples: food, underwear, some beachwear products, some products on sale, etc…

You can use the tutorial to create your store. It is free and you can list your products to be sold worldwide, Just remember that products must be made in Brazil and in new conditions. We do not accept used objects to be listed in Brazilmalls.com.

Brazilmalls.com does not charge any fee to create your virtual store with us! 

Once you sell, you will pay commission fee, international financial transaction fee and the shipping cost. 

The commission fee is a fixed value of 10% of the total price of a product ( including the shipping cost). 

The international financial transaction fee, depends on if it is a credit card or paypal. It also depends on sales volume. It is generally, from 5 to 7% of the total price of a product (including the shipping cost). Also a fixed value may be applied, like U$ 0,30 for each order.

In case of items returned, credit card dispute, other fees may be charged.

If you are a member of the FBB (Fulfilled by Brazilmalls.com) other fees may apply, like membership fee, storage fee, etc…

If the vendor is a member of FBB (Fulfilled by Brazilmalls.com) other carriers may be used, like DHL, UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc…

Brazilmalls.com does not accept vendors that would like to sell used items.

We understand that some products contain imported parts, like a laptop, for example. Although it contains some imported items, since it is assembled in Brazil, it is considered a Brazilian item.  

That depends on some factors. 

FBB (Fulfilled by Brazilmalls.com) generally take from 2 to 7 days.

DHL International shipping generally takes from 6 to 14 days, depending on destination.

You should check if it is possible to buy the product, as each country has specific legislation for importation. Besides that, duty taxes may be applied and must be paid by customer.

That is a good question! Every country has different size correlations for clothes and shoes. Even in the same country, it is not difficult to find different shoes, with the same size number, but one model fits really well and other doesn’t. So, we kindly ask our vendors to offer size guides for each of their products. If the vendor is not offering the size guides, please, feel free to ask before ordering the product.
